Performance and Leadership

The Society mission is to provide professional and personal development opportunities, through on-going education and networking; to promote national accredited professional certification for government managers, through cooperation and assistance to the CPM program in Idaho; and to act as a catalyst for change and a resource to Society members and to government, through promotion of continued improvement in job performance and leadership.
